How do I enroll in a course?
Create a free account, then click "Enroll" on the course page. Free courses are available immediately.
How do I pay for a course?
You can pay by Mobile Money or bank transfer by following the instructions shown at checkout. Then enter your transaction reference (and attach a proof if you can): your access opens as soon as the payment is approved.
How long do I have access to a course?
Most courses come with lifetime access. When access is limited in time, the duration is shown on the course page.
How do live sessions work?
Sessions take place on Elohiym Meet, right in your browser, with nothing to install. The "Join" button appears in your schedule a few minutes before the start.
How do I get my certificate?
Complete all required lessons and pass the quizzes: your certificate is generated automatically and can be downloaded from your space. Every certificate carries a code that can be verified online.
Who can access the forums?
Any learner with at least one active enrollment can access the community forums, as well as the private forum of each of their courses.
