These terms govern the use of the Elohiym Academy platform, published by Elohiym Tech (Cotonou, Benin). By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. An account is strictly personal.
2. Access to courses
Enrolling in a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access its content, for the duration shown on the course page. Content may not be copied, resold or redistributed.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in the currency of the course. For Mobile Money or bank transfer payments, access opens once our team has verified the payment. If a payment is declined, you are told why.
4. Live sessions
Live sessions take place on Elohiym Meet. Participants may not record or broadcast them without the instructor's consent.
5. Forums and reviews
You remain responsible for your messages. Abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content, spam and unsolicited advertising are forbidden. Reported content may be moderated or removed.
6. Instructors
Instructors guarantee that they hold the rights to the content they publish. Their earnings are calculated on approved sales, after deduction of the platform commission.
7. Certificates
Certificates attest that a course was completed on the platform. A certificate obtained fraudulently may be revoked.
